At PJ Outlets, we work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

During promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
